A girl from a lower class rancher family in the countryside. Being made to work hard growing up, she has a serious, no-nonsense personality… and a dislike for those who don't understand such a lifestyle. Hop is her childhood friend, and his increasingly upper class life thanks to his brother's success gave her the first direct look at have-vs-have-not. She doesn't hold any grudge towards him for this, as he's her friend, but instead holds a stronger anger towards others "above" her class.
A girl from a small rancher family, who recently has been doing much of the work herself. She has a surprise encounter with a so-called "Harvest Sprite," but she has long stopped believing in such fairy tales, and so makes him prove himself (by working for her).
A normal human girl in a village somewhat near the border. Is friends with Hop, an aristocrat from the human side, and has been able to use his connections to get fun things from outside the country. She talks of someday "leaving this backwards island," but has no actual plan to do so, being content with her property and connections enough.
That is until she has a chance encounter with a supposed aristocratic elf, and gets caught up with his issues.
